I had started losing weight and thought it would fix everything. It did help a lot of things, but diving deeper with Jami to uncover some my inner struggles helped me realize that we all have layers and experiences in our past that affect the way we view ourselves in the world. I'm a born n' raised Texan livin' in the beautiful countryside of Eastern Idaho. My husband is a Veterinarian and we have 2 boys. We love outdoors, riding horses, and just having fun!
I've spent nearly a decade in the health industry as a Wellness Coach, Wellness Coordinator, Personal Trainer, and a Health & Fitness Coach. My passion is helping mama's lose the baby weight, feel confident again, and well... FIND THEMSELVES again. Becoming a mama was a rough transition for me and I definitely lost myself for many years.
But finding my passion again has been a win win because I can help other moms have energy, feel confident, and learn that "people change best by feeling good, not by feeling bad!"
